# Business rules - Service Template

Link products to a procedure for inventory management and invoicing purposes

To link products to a procedure, select the Service Template tab from [Settings/Business Rules](https://epona.productfruits.help/en/article/business-rules)

-   Select a procedure then a product to link to the procedure. Select **Add**

-   Once added, modify the details

-   Enter the quantity to be used
-   If separate billing is required for the product enter the price - if this has already been entered in the product details, it will be shown.
-   Select Itemised Billing if this is required on a billable interested party's invoice.
-   If this is for inventory control, then the price and itemised billing is not required.
-   Add as many products to the procedure as required.

-   When the procedure is added to a horse, the products will be displayed and can be modified or deleted if not used
-   Additional products can also be added as part of the procedure when it is created.
